Who we sell to
Nanjing Huaxin supplies active pharmaceutical ingredients and fine chemicals to licensed, certified businesses only, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and research organizations. We do not sell to individuals or to the general public, and our products are not offered for personal use.
Buyer verification
Before any transaction, prospective buyers are asked to complete a verification process. In general terms, this involves confirming the buyer's business identity, the relevant licenses or authorizations they hold, and the intended lawful use of the requested products. Requirements vary by product and by the buyer's jurisdiction, and additional documentation may be requested where applicable.
Regulatory procedures
Supply of pharmaceutical ingredients is subject to the regulations of the countries of manufacture, export, and import. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, import, and intended use comply with all applicable laws and regulatory procedures in their jurisdiction. Products protected by valid patents are supplied for research and development purposes only, in accordance with applicable law.
